Directions

From US 41 North (Tamiami Trail) head south on US 41 to the corner light of US 41 and 5th Avenue South. Turn left on US 41 South. Make Left at Goodlette Frank road. Make immediate right into Bayfront. FishyBizness is at slip #8 to the left of the Cabana Bar.

From US 41 South (Tamiami Trail) head north into the City of Naples. Go over two bridges and make right on Goodlette Frank road. Make immediate right into Bayfront. FishyBizness is at slip #8 to the left of the Cabana Bar.

Booking Policy

If you would like to make a reservation or inquire about availability please call us at 239-280-7260 .

Calling us by phone is the best and quickest way to reserve a charter aboard the FishyBizness and to hold the date you request.

All reservations must be confirmed on the phone and secured with a deposit. Reservation can be secured by check, money order, or credit card.

All mailed deposits (i.e. check, money order) must be received no later than two weeks prior of the reservation. All credit card deposits will be subject to a 4% processing fee.

Payment for the fishing charter minus the deposit is collected on the day of the charter.

Cancellation Policy

We collect a deposit to reserve your date and time slot. This deposit is non-refundable unless the fishing trip is to be cancelled by the Captain due to inclement weather or unforeseen boat problems. Cancellation is made at the dock or by phone on the day of or prior to the trip, only at the Captain’s discretion. All other cancellations result in a loss of deposit or a rain check.

Our booking policy is to meet at the agreed time on the day of the trip. If the charter is cancelled by the Captain due to bad weather, we will try to re-book your charter for a better date if customer’s schedule allows and we have availability. Otherwise, we will happily refund your entire deposit.

If cancellation by customer is made with less than a 72-hour notice, by phone call or a no show on the day of the charter, the customer will be charged the full amount of the charter slot reserved. When you reserve a charter, we do not book anyone else in your slot. No shows leave the Captain and deck hands awaiting your arrival at the fully set-up boat.
